Prayer for My Nephew in Afghanistan

My oldest nephew, Jason, is in the Air Force in EOD (Explosive Ordinance Disposal).  He and his buddies are over in Afghanistan right now.  So far two of his buddies have lost their lives (Dan & Mickey).  Would you please lift up Jason and his buddies in your prayers.  Prayers for safety.  Also, please lift up the families of Dan and Mickey.  Thank you!

Oh Becky! I'll remember Jason and his friends' families in my prayers! My husband was in Vietnam and was injured and also saw many of his friends killed. It is something that changed his life forever.

For the families of Dan and Mickey, who so bravely put their lives on the line to fight terror and to defend the freedom of the people in Afghanistan: May the Good Lord comfort you and provide you with peace. May His perpetual light shine upon these courageous young men. And for your nephew Jason may he be kept safe and stay strong. From Joshua 1:9 (New International Version) "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."

Thank you to all the families and loved ones of our US Troops. God Bless America!

Wow - praying for them. I'm reading a book now about Afghanistan, Al Quaeda, etc. - so dangerous.
