Autumn is Coming - A walk at Crown Hill & Recipe

We have now been in Colorado for 7 months!
I still love visiting Crown Hill to watch the seasons change.
The grass has now turned golden.

A path through the trees bathed in the evening sun.

Mark took this picture of the sky.

The cottonwood trees are just starting to turn color.
Bright yellow leaves are mixed in with green.
Golden yellow flowers cover the ground around them.
The park is bathed in various shades of gold.

Autumn is coming!

Endless Summer Herb Potato Salad

1 bag of petite potatoes, boiled till tender, chopped with or without skins
fresh herbs:  thyme, sage, parsley, garlic, rosemary, (amount, to your liking) all finely chopped
2 to 3 green onions chopped
salt & fresh cracked pepper to taste
A drizzle of olive oil
Mayonaise to moisten
A squirt of brown mustard
Feta cheese (sprinkle on to your liking)

Mix all ingredients together and put into a covered bowl.  Set in the fridge and allow the flavors to mingle.  Goes nicely with grilled chicken.  ~ Recipe invented by Becky Finley  ;-)  Enjoy!

Hi Becky, I'm new here and found you via your old blogsite. I am so enjoying your soothing music, and God's Word from your timely scripture verses. Thank you! Especially enjoying the imagery of your photo showing how God leads us down the right path, out of the shadows (sin, strife) into the field of light (kingdom, restored health for you, his promises). Your husband Mark's sky photo is amazing too. Be Blessed, Sunny :)
